The MultEPoS system is a menu driven system, which means that a menu of available programs are displayed on the operator / assistant screen, and the operator selects the program required, either by highlighting the required selection by using the 'up' and 'down' arrow keys, or by entering the first letter of the program.

The main menus are sectioned into logical systems modules, and within each main menu there may be a sub menu for options within that module.

When the MultEPoS system is switched on, the general systems menu will appear on the 'back office' screen (if available), and the EPoS till menu will be displayed on the till.

Within the quoted cost of each new EPoS installation, MultEPoS includes the following services:-

MultEPoS utilises its own experienced personnel to implement its systems, ensuring that all the expertise gained from other Pharmacy EPoS implementations is available to each new user. Because of this experience and expertise, we can ensure that all aspects of a new installation are carefully planned, therefore providing a smooth and successful installation.

In addition, MultEPoS offers a service to load the customers complete stock file into the system.

MultEPoS directly provides ongoing software and hardware support to all of its users.

The software support agreement includes telephone support, remote access via modem, all new program updates, and provision of the MultEPoS Weekly Update Disk, which includes all C & D new products, price changes, etc.

The software support agreement is paid for monthly by standing order.

The hardware support agreement provides a comprehensive on-site service, with a guarantee to provide a replacement EPoS unit if we are unable to repair the system during our visit to site.
